Meet the Author of “With These Hands”

Don MacLean is a retired fishery biologist and writer of books and articles on his passion for the outdoors and handmade crafts. In 2019, MacLean published the book “With These Hands: traditional arts, crafts, and trades of Atlantic Canada” (Nimbus Publishing) that included photos and interviews from over 80 artisans and crafts people living in Atlantic Canada. Join the author for a photo presentation and a few stories from his book and the traditional crafts people he interviewed. The original Book Launch for “With These Hands” was sidelined because of the pandemic, so we are very pleased to host this delayed Book Launch. Books will be available for purchase. Everyone is welcome.
